To accompany a splendid meal, we carefully curated an extensive wine list, sure to satisfy even the most demanding of connoisseurs. After dinner, guests are transported to another realm by our live musicians, who know just what everyone wants to hear and will serenade the glamorous crowd well into the night.
The Arev Collection teamed up with the people behind the world-famous Bagatelle and brought back to life the old St Tropez favourite - The Strand. Corporate Executive Chefs Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini created and imaginative menu with authenticity at heart and offering contemporary takes on the region’s most iconic dishes. Strand's food is bright, refreshing and very of the place.
Working with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood caught daily from the Mediterranean Sea, the menu champions classic recipes modernized with creative cooking techniques. Each ingredient is carefully selected, favouring local producers and farmers. Village fishermen bring their catch of the day directly to The Strand’s kitchens, where it is artfully prepared by the culinary team. Dishes are punctuated with fresh local produce and ingredients including aromatic herbs picked daily from AREV Saint Tropez’s own kitchen garden throughout the summer.

Making his mark on Saint Tropez food scene, Executive Chef Francois-Laurent Apchie focuses on local, seasonal and fresh ingredients and traditions and flavours of the Mediterranean.
